Over the span of my career in ministry as a local church pastor, regional denominational executive and now as a national denominational leader, I’ve worked with a number of different gifted leaders in various contexts. Out of all of the leaders I have had the privilege of working with, Jason Garcia is one of the most strategic and relationally gifted.
